In ancient lore, Aquamarine was believed to come from the tears of mermaids, and to this day Aquamarine is thought to be a protective crystal for those who travel or work by, over, or near water. It was also considered a stone of eternal youth and happiness.

About Angel Jewelry

Our jewellery is presented in a lovely Angel Jewellery box with a card describing the Angel and the crystals. There is a chain chain included with all pendants.

All our Angel Jewellery pieces are made by hand in my workshop. I know where each piece comes from and who makes it.

We also pay attention to where our materials come from and class our Angel Jewellery as ethically made under fair trade guidelines.

Recently we have been making some of our guardian angel pendants with the Ladies of Zindagi, a woman led initiative set up in a run down slum area in Kabul city. The initiative has transformed the lives of families devastated by the recent regime change and by years of war. By building a cultural hub women can now access health care and employment where otherwise there would be none. Tucked away in a beautiful new workshop the ladies can work safely, preserving many of the old traditional jewellery techniques and earn a good wage to help provide for their children and families.

Please be assured this is not a factory made product. Each piece is unique, and won’t be found on the high street.
