Angel Jewelry, necklaces and Pendants.
Winter aches and pains are common here in the West of Ireland. The cold damp climate gets into our bones and we have to eat well and really look after our bodies to stay healthy through these times. The days are short now as well, so getting enough sunlight can be a problem while everywhere looks dreary and tired without it.
I find the most pleasantly energizing and relaxing thing I can do to beat the winter blues is Yoga. We all know Angels come in many guises and I am especially lucky because one of my Angels, my daughter Jessie is a fabulous Yoga teacher and her classes brighten up even the dreariest of days. Her studio looks out over Bantry Bay and the beautiful harbour, and as we practice our poses I might catch a glimpse of a soaring gull, or the shining sea scape and I feel like I am in heavan.
