Citrine Angel Pendant. Angel Of Joy And Abundance.
The Citrine Angel Pendant is the Angel of Joy, and the November Birth Month Angel who helps us in very special ways. She helps us to be joyful, attract abundance and shine our light into the world with confidence.
As we begin to change and become confident enough to truly shine our light into the world we may meet with opposition from others close to us.
The human brain does not like change, and will try to protect the status quo in all manner of ways. In fact it will confront us, and others with fear, often our deepest fear.
This is where the Citrine Angel Pendant can come to our assistance.
Sometimes it’s useful to read this if you are thinking about investing in one of my Angel Pendants.
If nothing ever changed, there’d be no butterflies!
Often we’re afraid to say how we really feel, get what we really need, or do what we most want to do. We fear we will upset people or that we will fail. We fear we won’t have enough money, and we fear that people won’t like us.
We may even fear success. The thing is, if nothing ever changed there’d be no butterflies. I forget who said that but it’s true isn’t it?
We tell ourselves we don’t deserve anything better, or we are not smart enough, pretty enough or even good enough.
We allow doubt and fear control our lives and we hide our light for years so that our true selves eventually wither and die. No wonder our society is full of people with addictions and depression.
Here is a little story about peoples expectations, and how we may be hiding our true colours for fear of what others think of us.
Extensive restoration and cleaning work was done on a very famous Chapel in Rome whose frescoes were being painstakingly cleaned from centuries of dirt and grime.
As the layers came off, the original masterpiece began to emerge, but the artists colors were much more brilliant and vibrant than anyone had expected. This worried the curators. Should they complete the restoration, or should they return it to the way everyone was used to seeing it?
They were afraid that people had grown so accustomed to the old, rather dull version that they would be disturbed when they saw the artists original, vibrant colours.
So it was decided that they would only partially restore the masterpiece, and the complete restoration was abandoned.
That brings to mind one of the most beautiful pieces of writing..
Our Deepest Fear. By Marianne Williamson.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us;
It’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we’re liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
What a pity that we are so afraid of change even if it may be more beautiful and vibrant than what we have been used to..
Hold our heads high, not because we are better than anyone or with ego, but because we are beautiful, talented and worthy, all of us,
Lots of love, and peace
Linda
